I finished work around 3, felt like shit driving home and drank water all night sat infront of the tv.

Bloody awful, didn't used to get hangovers when I was young but nowadays I'm starting to think the enjoyment of getting pissed isn't worth the way I feel the next day.

Not rough. Just slow on my run. Need to have a beer free two or three months for the first time in 18 months or so. Don't really drink that much anymore but a break might help me get a bit closer to my pb set in 2011.
